Historic Oasis

Our Biltmore neighborhood is one of the most historic and well-preserved neighborhoods in our region.

A quiet oasis in the heart of Phoenix, this unique community stretches from 24th Street to 32nd Street, between Lincoln Drive and Camelback Road. With a backdrop of Piestawa Peak, Biltmore is home to some of Phoenix’s most iconic sights.

As an organization, we are focused on our homeowners. Our mission is to preserve and protect the residential character of our neighborhood.

In a recent survey, our residents listed traffic, development and safety as their top concerns. For those reasons, we monitor any projects or events that may impact our homeowners closely, keeping our neighborhood informed and up to date.

Most importantly, we are here to advocate for our homeowners. We listen to our members and participate in City zoning hearings, so our members opinions and concerns about development in our neighborhood are heard.

We also help our members connect to City resources, such as fixing a water leak or removing graffiti or addressing safety issues by working closely with our Community Police Officer.

And unlike a traditional homeowners association, we are a completely voluntary neighborhood group so there is no fee to join AZBNA.
