Mike and his wife, Gayle, have been lifelong residents of Phoenix. Mike was the former CEO of First Solar and currently the founder and manager of True North Venture Partners. Mike also serves on the boards of Cox Enterprises and Endeavor, a non-profit supporting innovative entrepreneurs in emerging markets. As Biltmore residents, Mike and Gayle stay active in their community and enjoy catching up with neighbors on their daily walks around Thunderbird Trail.

Ina and her husband Murray built their home in Biltmore over 20 years ago. Ina founded the incredibly successful Biltmore patrol program, committed to keeping Biltmore crime free by providing privately funded off duty police officers to homeowners on the circle. In addition to her Biltmore community work, Ina has sat on the board of some of the valley’s most significant charitable organizations, including Florence Crittenton and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arizona.

Richard is the president of Two Biltmore Estates and has significant HOA experience, having been elected to five previous HOA boards. Richard has over 35 years’ experience in international marketing and management, having served as a senior executive in several Fortune 500 companies and as the founder and President of Red Bull Desert Sales, before its sale in 2011. He is a former Chairman of the Phoenix Civil Service Board, a Commissioner of the Phoenix Arts and Cultural Commission, and a former member of the Phoenix Police and Firemen’s Pension Board.
